Our current skirts are high-waisted and made from a softer tulle. They sit at 27” (just below the knee on most).
Size XS - Waist 24" (12" across laying flat), equivalent to US 00
Size S - Waist 25" (12.5" across laying flat), equivalent to US 0
Size M - Waist 27.5" (13.75" across laying flat), equivalent to US 2-4
Size L - Waist 29" (14.5 inches across laying flat), equivalent to US 4-6
Size XL - Waist 30.5" (15.25" across laying flat), equivalent to US 6-8
Size XXL - Waist 32" (16" across laying flat), equivalent to US 8-10
