SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer Free Local Pickup during regular business hours.
We are now offering low cost local shipping through Trexity. We can even deliver same-day on weekdays within Calgary when you order before 3pm (please leave a note on your order, or give us a call if you would like same-day delivery and we will try our best to accommodate). If we cannot deliver same-day your order will be delivered the following business day. Trexity rates vary depending on number of shipments outgoing. Prices will show at checkout.
We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days via Canada post. We normally ship Tuesday's and Friday's. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING in Canada when you spend $250.
Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 5-10 business days. Greater Calgary/Edmonton area is generally 1-2 business days. Canada Post is, however, experiencing delays due to high volume and we can't guarantee delivery times.
We do not offer express shipping as it is very expensive (over $50) but our shipping is generally fast and if you leave a note with your order we will try to get it out right away.
