SHIPPING INFORMATION

Because of COVID19 there have been some changes to our shipping policy. Please see below:

All orders outside of the Calgary City Limits are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase via Canada post. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING please refer to the banner on our site for the code.

Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Greater Calgary/Edmonton area is generally 1-3 business days. Canada Post is, however, experiencing delays due to high volume and we can't guarantee delivery times.

For Local orders within the Calgary City limits we will be hand-delivering your items on Thursdays and Fridays each week. You will receive a text message once we have dropped your package at the door.

We are also offering Free Contactless Curbside Pickup Tuesday to Friday from 11-5PM.

We now ship internationally! Shipping rates will be reflected at checkout. 

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

During this time we will be accepting free local Contactless Curb-side returns as well as mailed returns and are offering full refunds on all regular priced merchandise (unless it says "final sale" in the listing - ie. earrings, some other jewelry and special orders).

We accept returns for online orders. To confirm whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email [email protected] with the following details:

1. Your Name and Order Number

2. The Item(s) You Wish to Return

3. Reason for the Return (For example - Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)

*We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however we are out of the office on weekends/holidays.

 

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

*We are currently accepting refunds on items that are 20% off or less. As we know it's difficult to order without trying on*

All sale items that are more than 20% off are exchange, or store credit only. (This includes items that have been purchased with coupon codes).

ALL sale items purchased outside of Canada will be final sale.

FLASH SALE items are final sale.

Special Order, or Pre-Order items, such as our Melanie Auld Charm Necklaces are final sale.

Bodysuits, Swimwear, Lingerie and Earrings are final sale due to hygiene standards.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

1. Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 3 days of receiving their item(s)

2. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return.

3. All items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item - for shipped items, or the date you purchase the item for in-store pickup).

4. Items must be new, unused and with all tags still attached.

If items do not meet these requirements then you will not be refunded.

Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment (Via paypal or credit card). *Please note that orders through Paypal can take up to a week for the funds to be credited back to you.*

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility and we cannot issue refunds on lost parcels.

Contactless returns will also be accepted during our current store hours Tuesday-Friday 10-5. Please notify us before you come, and if you don't see anyone in the shop call 403-261-9919.

 

RETURNING AN IN-STORE PICKUP

The same policy applies to items purchased and picked up in-store. The 14 day return period begins on the date of purchase (not the date the item is picked up).

 

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE:

We do not do Full Refunds on items purchased in-store. Store Credit, or Exchange will be allowed within 14 days of purchase if the items are unworn, free of damage and all tags are still attached. Earrings, Swimwear and Lingerie are FINAL SALE for hygiene purposes.
