HOW TO APPLY: 

- Apply to clean skin (no oils, lotion, deodorant etc.) 
- Remove plastic film (but be sure to SAVE IT!)
- Stick cups down working from the outer edges in towards the centre 
- Hold bra firmly down for 5 seconds
- Close clasps

CARE AND STORAGE:

- Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water
- Air dry on a flat surface adhesive side up
- When fully dry, re-apply plastic film
